    No. If you created a Netlify account before September 4, 2025, you can keep your current plan with no changes. Team Owners can optionally migrate via Usage & billing > Plan details in the dashboard.

    How do credits work for bandwidth, compute, forms, AI inference, web requests, and production deploys?

    Each metered feature consumes credits based on usage. For example, production deploys cost 15 credits, compute is 5 credits per GB-hour, forms 1 credit each, bandwidth 10 credits/GB, and web requests 3 credits per 10k. AI inference varies by model.

    What happens when a project reaches its credit limit?

    When monthly limits are exceeded, the site enters a paused state until the next billing cycle. Netlify notifies you at 50%, 75%, and 100% of usage. Upgrading your plan or adding credits resumes service.

    How does billing work for extra usage? Can I auto-recharge credits?

    Paid plans can enable auto recharge (off by default) to automatically top up credits in small increments so sites remain active. Free plans have hard limits that cannot be exceeded.

    Can I set a hard spending limit?
